Type: single-study bedrooms in same gender, self-catered apartments

Cost - 1st and 2nd Semester: $218–$229 per week
Cost - 1 Semester only: $236- $248 per week

Inclusions: utilities, weekly cleaning and a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, wall heater, study desk, study chair and wardrobe.

Not provided: bed linen, towels, personal electrical items, telephone and internet

Facilities: Each floor has a coin-operated laundry, 24-hour access to University Security and the communal outside terrace on the first floor. Secure underground parking and telephone/internet are available for additional cost.

Additional costs: A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 if application is successful, $800 room deposit and car space rental is $50 per week if required.

Eligibility: Students must not have lived in University-owned student housing previously and preference is given to first-year, younger-aged undergraduate students, and students with special needs or requirements.
