Cost - 1st and 2nd Semester: $220–$250 per week
Cost - 1 Semester only: $238- $271 per week

Inclusions: Utilities, fully furnished own bedroom or studio with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, wall heater, study desk, study chair and wardrobe.

Not provided: Bed linen, towels, personal electrical items, telephone and internet

Facilities: Coin-operated laundry available, 24-hour access to University Security and communal areas. Underground parking

Additional costs: A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 if application is successful, $800 room deposit and car space rental is $25 per week if required. We do not provide telephone or internet

Eligibility: Students must not have lived in Student Accommodation Services previously.
Preference is given to Postgraduate students.
