Locations: Arundel Street and Chapman Steps, Forest Lodge and Darlington Road, Darlington (see map)

Type: single-study bedrooms in mixed-gender terrace houses

Cost - 1st and 2nd Semester: $183–$234 per week
Cost - 1 Semester only: $195- $254 per week

Inclusions: Utilities, weekly cleaning of common areas and a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, wall heater, study desk, study chair and wardrobe

Not provided: Telephone, internet, Bed linen, towels, personal electrical items and kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery, etc)

Facilities: Coin-operated laundry, 24-hour access to University Security and a shared backyard with 3 or 4 other terraces.

Additional costs: A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 if application is successful, $800 room deposit and internet/telephone may be organised with the provider of your choice at additional costs.

Eligibility: Students must not have lived in University-owned student housing previously and preference is given to first-year, younger-aged undergraduate students, and students with special needs or requirements.
