Live well ..... study well
Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) incorporates the former Counselling Service (CS) and the International Student Support Unit (ISSU).
CAPS aims to help students develop the skills to build strengths, improve well-being and achieve academic success. The services are free and confidential, and available to all enrolled students.
CAPS offers a range of services to help students achieve their goals. Advice Clinics provide brief, one-off opportunities for problem solving. Self-help tools provide instant access to a range of self-help resources. Skillshops are engaging classes teaching key skills for well-being. CAPS counsellors also offer individual sessions to help students learn effective strategies to handle tough times.
