Content submission form

We welcome submissions from all members of the University community for both our staff e-newsletter, Staff News, and our student e-newsletter, Student News.

Student News is distributed each Wednesday during semester, with a reduced distribution during semester breaks. Staff News is distributed each Monday.

Prior to submitting an article, please read the submission guidelines.

Deadline for submissions: 5pm, Wednesday (for publicationt the following Wednesday).

Please keep submissions to 100 words maximum.

Please include your contact details in case someone from the Marketing and Communications team needs to follow up on your submission for more details.

If you are recruiting for clinical research studies, please submit your ad via the Research Support website and send your approval letter from the University of Sydney Ethics Office to . Study recruitment ads are featured on the Volunteer For Research Studies page of the Research and Innovation website, with new ads promoted in the e-newsletters.

Staff Intranet: At the discretion of the Staff Communications Manager, news items and operational notices for staff may also be published on the University’s Staff Intranet at an appropriate time in addition to being published in Staff News.
