Enrolment for International Full Degree Students

International Full Degree students enrol at their faculty on a date and time set by the faculty. The steps to follow are:

  1. Find your faculty enrolment date and time:
    Undergraduate students
    Postgraduate students
  2. Read your faculty handbook at Handbooks Online to learn about the structure of your course and how to select subjects.
  3. Talk to a Student Adviser at your faculty if you are confused or need further information.
  4. Bring your passport to your faculty when you enrol, as you will need it to complete the enrolment process.
  5. Once you have enrolled you will be directed where to go to get your student card.
  6. About two weeks after enrolment you will receive a letter/email confirming the subjects in which you have enrolled. You should check this for accuracy.

Adding or withdrawing a subject

For Semester One, 2014: you can add a subject until Friday 14 March 2014, and withdraw from a subject without penalty until Monday 31 March 2014.

Under ESOS legislation student visa holders are required to complete their course within the duration specified in their Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Therefore students are required to stay enrolled in a full-time study load (24 credit points). However there are exceptional circumstances where a student visa holder can reduce his or her study load. Students must apply for reducing load with their faculty.
