Dr Phil Kelly
Phil graduated from the University of Queensland in 1981 and over the following 20 years served in the Royal Australian Air Force at most establishments in NSW, ACT, Qld and also in Butterworth, Malaysia. His RAAF career highlights were meeting his wife, three years overseas and a Masters Degree in Prosthodontics from the University of Adelaide. Phil left the RAAF in 2000 to join the Westmead Centre for Oral Health as Associate Director, Patient Care.
In 2002 he joined SWSAHS as Director of Oral Health, Macarthur, until the amalgamation in 2005 offered his current position as Associate Director, Clinical Operations SDH, responsible for specialist and education services. Phil provides prosthodontic consultation and treatment services to Periodontics Post-graduates as well as tutors BDent 4 each Friday. He enjoys providing prosthodontic services for the Navy at Nowra each month.
He looks forward to the long train trips each day so he can read history, hard science fiction and listen to the ABC radio. Interests include summer and winter swimming, surf life saving, helping in his kids academic and sporting activities.
