Thesis title: Leadership practices of Steiner school principals and teachers : a reflective practice perspective

Thesis abstract:

This research involves a description and analysis of the researcher’s everyday lived practices as a principal in a primary Steiner school. The focus is on an auto ethnographical / institutional ethnography methodology using the researcher’s own experiences to explicate how leadership practice is interrelated with the ever shifting and changing ruling relations of the Steiner and broader educational context.
