On 1st January 2016, the University established a new Centre for Research on Learning and Innovation (CRLI). Formed from the Computer Supported Learning and Cognition Centre (CoCo) and the Sciences and Technologies of Learning (STL) research network, we have strong roots in Education, with substantial involvement from Engineering & IT, Science, Health Sciences and Medicine. The Centre co-directors are Professor Peter Reimann and Professor Peter Goodyear. For more information see the CRLI website.
The new Centre for Research on Learning and Innovation (CRLI) aims to provide a focus for the university’s research on learning and innovation. As with CoCo, membership of the new centre will be open to all members of university staff, and postgraduate students, who have a serious interest in research in this area. Affiliate membership is available to external researchers. CRLI members will receive regular bulletins on upcoming events and activities, and invitations to participate in SIGs and working groups.
