Transfer from combined BA, BSW program to the BSW

If you are enrolled in the combined degree of BA/BSW (DH019) and wish to transfer to the Bachelor of Social Work (ZH001) in 2013 (that is, you do not wish to complete the Bachelor of Arts component), you must submit the transfer form by Friday, January 25, 2013.

Applicants for this transfer will only be notified of the outcome after the release of Semester Two course results. Successful applicants will also need to lodge a new Commonwealth Assistance Form and apply for credit towards the Bachelor of Social Work.
