Evaluation and reflection
The closely related processes of reflection and evaluation are important in determining the effectiveness of group work. In reflection, we ask specific questions about our teaching practice, and we answer these by the more formal process of evaluation. Evaluation can come from several perspectives including your self, colleagues or students, and relates to aspects such as teaching methods or assessments, group processes or the learning and teaching environment.
