For dedication and commitment to a shared vision and development of a highly effective community of practice that has delivered a range of units of study which "bridge the nexus between theory and practice". Extensive Aboriginal community engagement, sensitivity to student needs through a safe learning environment, showcasing scholarly student work and continual reflective practice has all contributed to strengthening the collective excellence of the team and improving student learning outcomes.
