Safe Schools NSW: lecture and Q & A

10 October 2016

This lecture by Safe Schools Coalition NSW project officer Mary Flaskas (pictured) has been organised jointly by EDSOC and the Sydney School of Education and Social Work to raise awareness of the program and to look at strategies than can – and are – being implemented to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex young people in schools and universities. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session from audience members before an opportunity for less formal one-on-one conversation over afternoon tea in the staff common room.

  • When: 4–5.30pm – presentation in Lecture Theatre 351
    5.30–6pm – reception in the School Common Room
