TAKING THE LONG VIEW

30 August 2018

An Institute of Open Adoption Studies event.

The theme of this year's Institute of Open Adoption Studies’ Research to Practice Forum is "Taking the Long View". It will focus on the theme of longitudinal research with vulnerable children and families. The forum is aimed at bringing together researchers and practitioners to discuss the contribution research can make to addressing the gaps in evidence to guide practice. Afternoon masterclasses will be offered in a number of concurrent sessions that will explore various research approaches, one of which will be dedicated to cultural practices and Aboriginal kinship structures.
