REVISIONING ENGLISH IN THE MIDDLE YEARS

This workshop explores an additional English program informed by ongoing research in a Sydney school. The program is designed to improve English in the middle years by exposing the students to a wider range of rich text to engage them with cultural and social conversation. It allows students more time for substantial engagement with a range of texts and text types, and teaching and learning strategies.
