Our third Disability Action Plan (2013-18) sets out the University's strategy for providing a learning and working environment that is inclusive and accessible for all students, staff and visitors.

What is a disability?
The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 provides a definition of 'disability'.
Carers, relatives and associates of people with a disability are also protected against being discriminated against or harassed because of these associations.
