Developing Women Leaders: General Staff HEO Levels 8 to 9

Women in professional staff roles (HEOs 8-9) working at the University are invited to submit expressions of interest to attend this course offered by the Staff and Student Equal Opportunity Unit. The course is part of the Women In Leadership program and is designed to foster the professional development of women who aspire to, or are in, leadership and management roles in the University.

Separate sessions are run each year for academic and general staff. A popular feature of the program is the session involving senior women at the University sharing their reflections on career pathways.

Date: 9:15am – 4:30pm, Thursday 2 May 2013 and 9.15 am – 3.30 pm, Friday 3 May 2013
Where: Women's College, Camperdown Campus
Cost: Supported by the University

There will be a half day follow up session on Tuesday, 20 August from 9.15am - 12.30pm.

When answering these questions, where applicable, relate the program’s objectives to your individual learning goals, current work situation and career aspirations. If possible include a supporting statement from your supervisor or head of department.
