Staff helpdesk

Please email or phone us directly at the Sydney eLearning Helpdesk for any queries regarding your UoS website, or how to use the Learning Management System (LMS) at the University of Sydney.

The helpdesk at Sydney eLearning is open from 8am-6pm Monday - Friday to answer any elearning questions regarding the university elearning systems.

Student helpdesk

Help is available for students at Sydney eLearning for students. Additional resources for learning and common queries are also found in the 'Student Resources' tab in the LMS.

Students are advised to use our online form to request help with the university LMS. Please include your phone number if you would like us to contact you by phone.

General inquiries

All general inquiries should be emailed to the Sydney eLearning helpdesk.
