Closing the Loop
To engage in cyclical improvement to Sydney eLearning's operations, our staff engage in an ongoing feedback project to improve the services we provide to staff and students.
Each year, managers of Sydney eLearning's key areas plan 'closing the loop' activities to ensure that reflection on the previous year's experiences is used to improve what we do and how we do it. The outcomes of this annual process are available here.
