Check A2A progress

You can see the progress of your Application to Activate (A2A) for your eLearning site(s) through SEAMS. Only the primary academic or primary designer can submit the A2A online through SEAMS.

As soon as the A2A check of your UoS site is completed your site is ready for the start of semester and be available to students on the date you nominated. Your A2A status will change from Development to Active under the heading A2A Status.

You will be notified via email at the beginning of the A2A process that your site is being checked, and at the end when it has been approved for release for students.

Students numbers reflect the number of students that Flexsis shows as currently enrolled in your unit of study. It is updated daily throughout semester, so if students enrol late or withdraw this will usually be reflected in the site within 1-3 days depending on the time of semester. You can also add more than one UoS code to your eLearning site.
