Archiving Your Site

At the end of each session, your University LMS (BB Learn) site will be archived. The archiving process secures the UoS site as offered to the enrolled students with student usage data (assignments, discussion postings, student activity). The UoS sites are still available to be used as a template for new UoS sites through SEAMS.

If you require access to your previous UoS sites contact the Sydney eLearning Helpdesk and they will restore your UoS site with no student access for a temporary period of time as nominated by you.

All active UoS sites are automatically archived after the close of session. Towards the end of each session, you will receive an email notification to advise that the archiving process is imminent. If you require the UoS site to remain available you can request an extension.

If you do not contact the Sydney eLearning Helpdesk when you receive the archiving email your site will automatically be archived on the date indicated in the email.
