Sometimes you may encounter error messages or other Internet related problems as you work through your UoS website. The menu to the left contains information about common problems inside websites. There are a range of help options available online:

We appreciate you trying out solutions for common problems before contacting us for additional help. Contact us immediately using the Sydney eLearning helpdesk online form if your question relates to submission of assessment or questions using the LMS.
The eLearning helpdesk is available 8am-6pm Monday - Friday. Please remember to include your mobile number if you would like to be contacted via phone. Staff at the Access Labs on campus can help you with IT or login issues.
Resources in the LMS
You can access links and help resources under the sub-tabs in the LMS or from the 'Student' in the LMS.
There are a number of Blackboard resources available for students - On Demand videos and Blackboard TV have have short quick videos for you to watch. You can access them via the links on the right-hand side of this page.
