Friday 12 September
The MUGS annual general meeting will be held during week 10. If you are interested in learning management skills, teamwork and team leadership, while having fun and earning an extra scout badge on your CV, please send an expression of interest to donald.moloney>at<gmail.com
We are looking for enthusiastic social people who are keen to continue the work we've been doing over the past 12 months. It's not a difficult job, but it does require commitment to further establishing a social and academic student network within the school of mechanical engineering. You will benefit from the support of the faculty and will make new friends.
Thank you to everyone who has attended events and bbqs this inaugural year of MUGS. Thank you also to the staff for their support including Paul McHugh, Paul Briozzo, and Steve Armfield. Paul Mear and John Potts have also provided much of their time and equipment to the MUGS cause. MUGS also couldn't exist without funding from the union (www.usydunion.com).
