Overview

The ADVanced EvolutioN Team (ADVENT)  is based at the School of Aerospace, Mechanical and  Mecahtronic Engineering (AMME) of the University of Sydney. It consist of a small number of graduate students led by Dr. K. Srinivas. 

The aim of this group is to develop modern numerical and evolutionary optimisation techniques for a number of problems in the field of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering. 

The group works in collaboration with various researchers from international labs, industry and other universities. The group has frequent interactions with visitors who come for periods ranging from a few months to a year.
