Chemical Engineering Foundation

The Foundation is the link between the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and industry.

The Foundation was established in 1981 to foster mutually beneficial relationships between the School, the business community, industry, and government organisations operating in the area of science and chemical engineering in particular

Regular meetings with guest lecturers, research round-ups and open forum discussions provide an excellent avenue for keeping abreast of industry developments, and informal networking.

We can assist industry with graduate recruitment, analytical testing, industry awareness, consulting services and short courses and workshops. The Foundation is also working to enhance services for alumni and members.

The aim of the Foundation is to develop activities which will benefit both industry and the School.

The Foundation has recently appointed an Executive Officer whose primary role is to liaise with members and ensure that they have access to all the Foundation's services, thus maximising the benefits they derive from being members. For further details do not hesitate to contact the .
