Engineering and Law

This six year combined degree allows students to obtain both a technology degree with a law degree. Both degrees being vocational it gives graduates the option to undertake either profession or add a second discipline to their career choice enhancing their opportunities and career options. This degree is based on similar combined law degrees offered by the University, and the entry UAI will be the same as for combined law.

The Bachelor of Engineering degree emphasises the practical aspects of science and the Bachelor of Laws degree the interpretation and application of the legal system. The completing of this combined degree will allow graduates to complete the College of Law program for admission as a practicing solicitor in NSW. Graduates can work in both vocations.
