• CIVL3813 Contracts Formulation and Management

Wayne is an Associate Lecturer at UWS, and lectures in Contract Formulation at The University of Sydney. Before joining UWS, Wayne worked in private practice as a corporate and commercial lawyer first at Blake Dawson Waldron, and later as senior legal counsel at a large multinational IT company. He had also taught law at the University of Sydney.

Wayne’s areas of teaching cover corporate and commercial law, contracts and equity, and information technology and computer law.
