Graduation Eligibility and Completion Letters
You do not need to apply to graduate. Your eligibility will automatically be assessed when the results for your final semester are available.
Faculty Completion Letters
We understand that many students require completion letters urgently and we make every effort to process them as soon as possible. However, due to the numbers of students there will inevitably be delays in processing. Please allow up to two weeks from when all of your results are released to receive your completion letter.
Your Faculty completion letter will be sent to your University email account
If you require a letter to verify your completed qualifications which states the start and end dates of your study, you will need to take your Faculty completion letter to the Student Centre located on Level 3 of the Jane Foss Russell Building to request one. Download a "Request for Letter" form.
Graduating in absentia
If you do not wish to attend a ceremony you may have your degree conferred earlier, at a monthly meeting of the University Senate. For this to happen you must advise the Graduations Office in writing by:
fax: +61 2 8627 8281
