Postgraduate Opportunities

The Computing and Audio Research Laboratory (CARLab) offers full-time PhD positions as well as full-time or part-time Masters by Research positions. We are continually on the lookout for bright and motivated individuals who are interested in our three main research areas: "Spatial Audio", "Neuromorphic Engineering", "BioElectronics". Financial support for domestic students generally takes the form of an Australian Postgraduate Award. For international students, a list of financial scholarships is provided via the Scholarships for International Students page. The primary scholarships for international students are the IPRS Scholarship and Endeavour Scholarship. Irregardless of whether you are a domestic or international student, an annual Norman I. Price supplementary scholarship of $AUS7K is available to all enrolled full-time PhD and MPhil students. For more details on the Norman I.
