Research

My main research is on the design of microelectronic sensors for impedance measurements and analysis. Fields of applications have been:

  • Microelectronic circuits for proximity communication in 3D ICs based on capacitive coupling.
  • Contactless wafer probing of ICs.
  • Microelectronic circuits for bio-potential acquisition of electroencephalography (EEG) and electrical impedance tomography (EIT).
