IT queries:

ICT Helpdesk will try to solve all queries on the phone. An incident number will be recorded and communicated to the caller.


using the Self Service Portal at the IT Assist Self Service Portal (SSP)

Note:  Only Staff can update and view the status of existing service requests, and updates will be recorded in the ITSM (the ICT incident and request logging/tracking) system. Undergraduates and Coursework students shall use the ICT Helpdesk x 16000.
