Variation or Discontinuation of Enrolment

To vary or discontinue your enrolment, you need to obtain a Variation of Enrolment form from the Faculty of Engineering office or from the EIE office . Your variation or discontinutaion must be approved by the relevant year adviser who may, in unusual cases, consult the director of undergraduate studies.

You should be aware that late discontinuations may render you liable for HECS and may also affect the way unit of study results appear in the University records and transcripts.
