Email System for Students - Sydney Mail

The new student email system, Sydney Mail, is now live.

Your email address has changed from the format unikey@mail.usyd.edu.au to unikey@uni.sydney.edu.au and all emails sent to the old address will automatically be forwarded to the new account?

All emails have been redirected to your new SydneyMail account since 7th May 2009. No new mail has been delivered to your old mailbox since that date.

If you have not activated your new SydneyMail email account, please follow these steps:

• Synchronise your password to set your SydneyMail account to be the same as your Unikey password. This process may take a few minutes.

• Visit the Sydney Mail page to logon. You can also logon from the Sydney Mail links in MyUni or directly at https://www.outlook.com.

• Your username is your new email address in the format unikey@uni.sydney.edu.au.

• Review the terms and conditions.

• Configure the account options to display your name correctly on all emails.
