This one-day event aims to open a dialogue between engineers, scientists, industry peers and academia for the development of new strategies in Australian food processing and biotechnology.

The forum is hosted by The Australian Research Council Food Processing Training Centre (ARC-FPTC) in conjunction with the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney.
