Application Checklist
- Completed application form;
- A certified copy of your proof of citizenship or permanent residency. If you have PR you must provide the personal details page of your passport along with the PR visa page with the date the visa was granted and the page showing the immigration stamp with date of entry into Australia (if visa granted outside of Australia);
- Original or certified copy of your academic transcript giving a complete list of the subjects studies and the results obtained. The transcript must include an explanation of the grading system used;
- Original or certified copy of your testamur or proof of completion stating degree awarded;
- If English is not your first language you must demonstrate English proficiency;
- Documentary evidence of any name change if documents were issued under a different name;
- An official translation of any/all documents in a language other than English;
- Project Management and IT Management applicants: A copy of your curriculum vitae/resume outlining your work experience, level of responsibility in the organisation(s), and the organisation(s) website address.
Certified Documents
Documents may be certified by the institution which issued the documents, or by a Justice of the Peace (JP). Certified documents must bear the original stamp, name, and signature of the person certifying the copy.
Incomplete Qualifications
If you still have to complete one semester of your current course of study, you should include transcripts up until your final semester, and official documentation from your institution stating that you will finish at the end of the semester, and the name of the degree you will be awarded.
If you have completed your course of study but have not been awarded your testamur, you should include official documentation from your institution stating the name of the degree you have completed and the date of completion.

Please note that if you submit your application by email and your application is successful, you will be asked to provide original or certified copies of your supporting documentation.
Application Outcome
All applicants will be notified of the result by email. While we will endeavour to process your application as quickly as possible, please note that the application assessment process may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Successful applicants will receive a letter of offer and information about the enrolment process. Please note that you will be required to attend an in-person enrolment session in mid-February (Semester 1, 2011) or mid-July (Semester 2, 2011) - full details will be included in your letter of offer.
