  • Date: Friday October 30th 2009
  • Time: Between 12:00 noon and 4:30pm
  • Location: Seymour Centre
Corner of Cleveland Street and City Road
    The University of Sydney

The annual Research Conversazione is the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies’ major annual event to showcase the research undertaken by students over the past year. It is an ideal opportunity for industry representatives and alumni to network and make contact with the engineers of the future.

In 2008, the event attracted approximate 300 industry representatives from a variety of engineering companies. The event also included the Alumni of the Year awards and the Sydnovate Prize for the most innovative and commercially viable research project. That prize was won by Andrew Gadd from the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.

The event’s success, as noted by one of our partners, was a testament to the “high level of research excellence this Faculty consistently produces”.
