IT support
Students are encouraged to visit the help desk in relation to login or account problems. The Helpdesk can also assist with Unix, Java, MS Office applications, programming and debugging problems.
The Schools programmers have also set up a very helpful website on IT support. These pages include information on accounts, passwords, mail setup, web servers and proxies, and FTP servers. Please note IT support pages are only accessible to those with a School of IT, Univeristy of Sydney account.
Students are reminded that queries in relation to their MyUni account should be directed to the MyUni helpdesk.
There is also the University swITch webpage which can solve many student IT matters including Unikey account options, student email, wirless internet, eLearning support etc.
