WAM for Honours

Potential Honours students should be aware that the Faculty of Science uses a WAM (Weighted Average Mark) system to rank candidates for postgraduate scholarships. A Science/Engineering student with a low WAM in years 2 and 3 may not be offered a scholarship. Details are in the Science Handbook.
