Unit of study assessment

In order to encourage students to give due consideration to all aspects of a unit of study, the School of Information Technologies has the following general policy:

"In order to gain a pass in a unit of study students must obtain at least 40% in each component of assessment.

In particular, where a unit of study has a written examination, then unless otherwise determined, students must obtain a mark of at least 40% in the examination."
