Tutorial Exercise:
Your task is to modify the GraphApp pizza program.
Using pizza.c as a starting point, modify the program in the
following ways:
- Add a few new checkboxes.
- Add a quit button.
- Add a credit-card area.
- For the skillful, add a feedback window which
says the pizza has been ordered.
- For the really skillful, have the feedback window
say what kind of pizza was ordered.
