Research
As a scientist I am not convinced by poor arguments and I like challenging common beliefs. The massive amount of data available today only makes my work more interesting as there are more and more interesting patterns to be discovered. My interests lies within the areas of data mining, social networks, recommender systems and natural language processing.
Currently, I am studying how to find best matches for people in online dating and in job websites using the information that people disclose about themselves and, for job websites, the information provided for each job position and its employer.
