Recently, He has submitted his PhD thesis title "Inferring Protein Domain Boundaries and Protein Structure from Amino Acid Sequences" in bioinformatics.

Currently, He is working on Protein Structure and Protein Domain Boundary Predcition project under supervision of Professor Albert Y. Zomaya

A brief project description:

For decades, researchers have been applying computer simulation to address problems in biology. Protein folding problem is one of the mysteries in computational molecular biology. Indeed, even to simulate the fastest folding protein would require decades on the fastest modern CPUs. Here, we exploit the distributed computing to solve protein structure prediction problem.

He has a Masters of Information Technology degree from The University of Sydney, Australia

Thesis title for Masters: "Enhanced Multiple Choice Question for Formative Assesment in E-Learning and User Modeling".
