External Access to School servers

You may access the school servers from outside the University by using ssh.

Linux comes with ssh installed by default, but Windows users should down load and install PuTTY. See Win2kInstallPutty for details.

Mac-users can use Fugu which has the option to create a tunnel in the SSH menu.
