PDF Printing of Multiple Pages on One Page

This step by step guide has been found to work for PDF documents that were previously thought to be unprintable.

Not all options will work when printing e.g. if the document is formatted as landscape then you need to change options in the printing to reflect that the page is landscape - THIS IS NOT AUTOMATIC

Steps to Print 4 pages on one page:

• Open the pdf document with Acrobat Reader
• Click the printer button

• Select either \\itsmb\pr1-mit or \\itsmb\pr2-mit as the printer
• Page Handling section
  • For Page Scaling choose "Multiple Pages Per Sheet"
  • For Pages Per Sheet choose 4 ... or whatever else you want - maybe 2
• Click the "Properties" button (just right of the printer name.

• Orientation - this MUST match your original document so if your original is Landscape - make the Orientation - Landscape, otherwise Portrait
• Print on Both Sides (Duplex) - set this on or off - your choice
• Pages per Sheet - Leave this at 1 ... Leave this at 1 ... Leave this at 1

• Click OK for the "Properties"
• Click OK to print
