My PhD work is on Negotiation Support System and its impact under various conditions.  

Ph.D. Thesis: Empirical study of IT impact on negotiation process and outcome in Electronic Commerce.

My current interests are web mining and cloud storage.

Projects

Mining socially tagged images: A large number of of digitized, consumer generated resources are added to the Internet every day. With the development of easy to use tools, rich contextual information are added to those resources as a means of better describing and advertising them. Such contextual information provides lots of opportunities to study social behaviour of the users.

Accountability in multitenancy platform: This project investigates various mechanisms to provide accountability for cloud platforms shared by multiple users. Mulitenancy exists at various levels depending on the services offered by the providers. Theoretically, providers are responsible for service isolation guarantees. Yet the multiplexing nature of multinency makes it impossible to achieve 100% guarantee. Accountability provides a means for both service providers and users to collect evidence to understand the causes when desirable level of quality of service i not met.
