The Campus Assist team provides the majority of customer facing support by facilitating service requests and enquiries.

Visitors and external contractors should call 9351 7838 for all enquiries.

If you need to log a service request for maintenance or a project with CIS, you should use Campus Assist Online (formerly called the CIS eService Desk).
