Investment and Capital Management
Investment and Capital Management’s (ICM) mission is to enhance the overall wealth and fiscal capacity of the University through the adoption and implementation of investment and capital management best practice.
Responsibilities include: prudent and efficient investment of the University’s short-term and long-term funds and foundation funds; management of the University's investment properties, including student housing, commercial farms, commercial office and residential properties; leasing of commercial facilities to external parties; management of bequests and endowments.
