Cardholder Procedures

Cardholders are responsible for the transactions incurred on their cards and for the safekeeping of their card. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to maintain a record of transactions and to follow up any unknown or suspect transactions.

Cardholders are required to verify the transactions on the online bank statement in Spendvision, and attach tax invoices and receipts for each transaction. NB Corporate card transaction dockets are NOT valid tax invoices and are not sufficient to claim credits for GST paid.
