I received an E12 offer — now what?

If you have met your E12 conditional offer criteria you will be receiving an offer letter from UAC in early January. Below are some key points to assist you moving forward. For more details regarding this information, download our 2015 information flyer (PDF 46KB). The following information applies to students commencing tertiary study at the University in 2015.

1. Enrol

You will need to enrol online via Sydney Student. A useful guide on how to enrol is here.

For students who would like staff assistance in enrolling, on 6 January 2015 (the day E12 offers are released) staff will be available at the Alternative Pathways marquee on campus to assist students with enrolling if they wish to do so, as part of the Info Day program.

Students wishing to enrol at this time should have the details of their offer and their tax file number (TFN) with them to aid in completing enrolment. The Alternative Pathways stall at Info Day will be located in the Quad and a stall directory is available here.

2. Attend E12 Orientation

Thursday 19 February from 9:30am-3pm

Come down to our E12 Orientation session on Thursday 19 February from 9:30am-3pm, which is designed to help you make a successful transition to university, introduce you to key services and resources, show you around, and is an opportunity for you to collect your E12 package (see below). You’ll be sent an invitation in early February with further information so keep an eye out!

3. Collect your E12 package

Along with an offer to the University of Sydney, you also receive an E12 scholarship, ACCESS card and iPad. You will be receiving more information about your E12 package in January.

4. Attend Orientation Week

23 – 27 February, all day

Orientation Week will be held on these days and is a great opportunity for you to meet fellow students and staff and attend loads of fun events.

5. Start university

University begins on Monday, 2 March 2015.
