Scholarships Information Evening

June 26, 2014

Did you know that the University of Sydney gives out over $65 million in scholarships each year? That's $65 million for over 700 scholarship schemes (not including prizes or college and sporting scholarships). To maximise your students' chances of receiving a scholarship, we are hosting a Scholarships Information Evening for year 11 and 12 students.

Our annual information evenings are hosted by the Scholarships Office and will share insider hints and tips on completing a University of Sydney scholarship application. Attendees will also hear from a Sydney student about how they got a scholarship and how it has helped them succeed.

Open Day

August 30, 2014

The University opens its doors to give students a chance to get a taste of University life and find out more about studying at Sydney. Prospective Students can talk to our faculty representatives, career experts and admissions advisers, or attend one of over 140 mini lectures about the courses we have on offer.

All throughout Open Day we run regular tours of the campus, faculty buildings, museums and residential colleges. If parents or guardians are coming along, they might want to catch the Parents’ Seminar. They’ll get some useful information about how they can be of support support throughout the University journey.
